In school i remember having 2 accidents:
At school we had p.e., so i was wearing a navy blue shorts, red t-shirt and white shoes, back then i usually wore maroon y-fronts. I was sitting in class waiting for the period to finish before i went to the bathroom, but halfway through the class i was getting very desperate. Eventually i felt a trickle run out and wet my brief. So i asked to go to the bathroom and dashed off. All the way trickles were coming out now and then, and when i got to the bathroom i had emptied out about half my pee in my pants. I was able to hide it with my jerse) and get back to class. After class was done the teacher came and asked if i had wet my pants, she let me stay though because i didn't want my parents to find out. I was about 10 at the time.
When i was 12, there was a similar situation where i was desperate, this time on the games field, i was wearing y-fronts(cant remember colour), green bathing trunks(had pool after), light blue soccer shorts, white t-shirt and white shoes. I ran to the bathroom and i started wetting my pants. I managed to get my dick out and finish in the right place, but i was quite wet. however, the material of the bathing trunks made most of it run down my legs instead, so you could say i got saved there.
Lloyd, yeah i used to do that alot, i would often wear something like 3 pairs of briefs and 2 pants under my clothes and wet them over the course of the day. many times i never went to the bathroom at all, since i would have done my busines in my pants. Of course that often resulted in a small wet patch visible for all to see, not that i cared all that much!
