Hey Lloyd.
When I've been holding my pee for 10 or 12 hours, as is normal for me (I have what can only be described as a titanium bladder of immense size...and I'm not making that up! :) ), I know I have to pee, although not really badly, but I get into the locked phase, where my bladder doesn't want to start. It takes a lot of concentration to get even the tiniest little trickle out. I usually have to push for a few minutes, and work the underside of my dick with a wavelike squeezing motion to get a little bit out. But once that first few drops gets out, I simply cannot stop the rest from escaping...and it usually does so surprisingly quickly.
Often I start off with the intent of just creating a little wet patch, or dampening my underwear, but almost everytime, I just cannot stop the whole flood from coming. I've been quite embarressed by this little flaw from time to time! :)
Also, even if I'm not locked, and even if I have the ability to stop my pee, which I do when I've only been holding for 4-8 hours, if I wet my pants at all, it takes all my will-power to overcome the immense psychological desire to let it go. My mind is telling me, "YOU HAVE TO PISS YOURSELF!," but when I can't afford to, I have to deny myself...I guess that's why they call it a fetish hey?
