Eh ? It should be much better then that, it is 25 fps on my machine, when I said low quality I meant the actual visual not the frames. If you are using Real Player then that will explain it, but if you are using a recent Windows Media Player then I have no idea why it is doing that.
Anyone else give me feedback ? I am wondering why all is fine on mine and not others.
