You ahve to learn to be sneaky about it. First off, get to know your internet browser! :) Learn how to delete the history files...they appear in several different places, and you have to et them all if your parents know anything about the net.
Second of all, get youself a Yahoo, or MSN or other free net e-mail service, and conduct e-mail correspondence through that and not your home e-mail address, which I assume your parents have access to.
M longwinded point is there are ways to advance your Watersports interests without people knowing. Take it from me, I started into this before I left home (although now I'm at least at the college level! :) ), and I had to get REALLY creative on occasion.
