Peeing into a bottle while sitting in a car is easy enough for someone with a foot-long cock, but not so easy for those of us less gifted. The position that a car seat places you is far from ideal. I've had to do it a number of times on long trips, and I have to slide forward to insure that I don't pee on myself or the seat.
The view from passing taller vehicles is a consideration. Truckers don't bother me. They've used "trucker's buddies" a million times. They're 90% males, and if they've forgotten what a cock looks like, all they have to do is open their flies. It's the big SUVs and buses that can be worrisome. Someone could come up with an adapter for female drivers. This would make rest areas obsolete. 24-hour non-stop trips would become standard. No more arrests for indecent exposure.
