I've been a regular wetter since I was 15, and I still get hard everytime.
So it is not necesarily true that you get used to it enough to prevent that.
And oh BTW, it's also not true that it's impossible to pee with a boner. When I get desperate enough, I get a pee-hard-on, but believe me that does not stop the pee from coming.
Everytime I pee I'm a little hard, and it still comes easily. For those men who have difficulty peeing while hard, you can train yourself to do it. I just happened to train myself at a young age.
