They already make contraptions such as you have
suggested (for males anyway) for pilots of small
aircraft. There are kits you can purchase to
retrofit a plane. It would seem reasonable to
assume the same device could be adapted to use
in a car. Another thought that may ultimately
prevent a large scale availability of such a device for drivers is public perception of
"sewage" being left along the roadways.
