Actually, I think it's just a matter of what you are used to, and whether it sexually excites you or not. Yes, I may be older (I don't know your age), but I think that just makes me more used to things, and therefore less likely to become aroused over my own wetting. The fact that it's sexually stimulating isn't lost on me, but it's pretty clear that if you get aroused when you pee your pants, and that stops you peeing your pants, you will calm down and be able to pee again sooner or later. I just have learnt to control the excitement somewhat, that's all.
