My wife (32) doesn't wipe. She just pulls her panties up (as if she's in a hurry). Her panties usually have yellow stains that smell of pee and they are usually a bit damp too - at least if I find them just after she has thrown them in the hamper. I think she doesn't bother if she is a little bit wet.
