I like the kind with a long build-up.
Stories that take a few hours to evolve, and conclude with the accident sufferer losing it slowly at first...little dribbles, and then a trickle, and then a small but steady stream, and finally they realize the damage is too great to matter anymore and just let go.
I think the best scene is a woman sitting somewhere in a skirt and clasping at her crotch, so that when she starts to lose it, the pee goes all over the front of it, and around her backside too.
But pants are good for this too...what a quandry.
