Some favorites I've heard over the years (mostly female)
1. "I spilled my drink in my lap and it looks like I peed, but I DIDN'T!" (Drunk black woman walking down the street, to a friend-she had pissed the hell out of her pants)
2. "When are we gonna get there?! Oh, God, I can't hold it..." (Teenage girl on a bus)
3. "This alcohol's affectin' me-I feel good! I gotta pee!" (Black woman in a mall parking lot)
4. "Do they have a bathroom here? I can't shop when I gotta use the restroom!" (Another black woman.)
5. "Mom, I gotta pee...I'm gonna walk around...don't they say if you walk around it'll help you to forget about it?" (Teenage girl at a commuter train stop)
6. "Can I borrow your bathroom key...otherwise I'm gonna be dancing..." (This was a 40-something guy, a postage meter repairman in my office one day)
7. "It's pee-pee time!" (A German woman I used to work with)
8. "I've gotta go poop, and tinkle." (A skinny redhead I used to work with)
9. "I gotta go to the bathroom and I AM URGENT!" (A Mexican gal I saw frantically holding her crotch in a jewelry store)
