My favorite (guy or gal) is 'I'm gonna explode' or many variations on it with 'If I don't pee soon, I'll explode'.
I've gotta pee sooo bad I can't stand up.
My eyeballs are floating.
My teeth are turning yellow.
I'm filled up & about to overflow.
I've gotta go so bad I can't stand it.
I'm bursting.
I just can't wait any longer.
I've held this beer in way too long, it ain't gonna stay much longer.
Repeated over & over: gotta pee, gotta pee, gotta pee....
I've gotta drain a vein.
I'm ready to piss gallons.
