Hi,
Many of the clips were created by myself, but many were also done by others and I guess we all used different decoders and compressors. Up until 2 months ago I used a real high compressor so I could fit 3 minutes to a very small file, on the lesser sized ones I don't use it. I always suggest to use Windows Media as it copes with file types much better then Real Media Players. The only thing I can suggest is save the files to a known directory and then open Windows Media Player and then open the files (instead of clicking within Explorer as it will only use your default player with that).
