Here's a logical solution... If you have to urinate politely ask to be excused to go to the bathroom. If anyone tells you no, just let it out right there. Any idiot who would not let someone go to the bathroom fetishises people of any gender wetting their pants. Give em' what they want!
P.S. People like that deserve to vaccum up spilled urine with their lips.
