Well, you can try to follow the link I have on my female desperation site. (In the forum links it gives the url to download IRC)
Once you have it it's pretty simple. Make sure you log in to some undernet server. It's not even too important which one, you have to find out yourself which one is the quickest for you. I personally am mainly on the NewBrunswick one. But like I said, that can be different from the point in the world you are.
One you're logged in to an undernet server log on to a wetting board. Their are plenty of them. The one Skymouse mentioned is #ws. You can log in to the board simply by typing /join #ws
That's the Patches board. If you like the more heavy stuff like GS maybe the #toiletsex suits you better. In that case you type /join #toiletsex
You can join more than one channel at the same time.
I guess there's no need to tell you how to download and install IRC. It speaks for itself.
