My experience is that I'm not one of the chosen ones. If I'm filled and about to get serious (meaning I'm nice and hard after prolonged necking and petting) I simply must relieve myself. My usual partner loves to hold her bladder (within reason) at that point but I do not. So I'm apt to conclude (we all extrapolate from our own single data point which is what makes this survey a bit more representative) that it depends on the individual. I know there are women who can't begin to get into serious lovemaking with a full bladder but my girl loves it.
