I think this is a hard question to answer - but then, what is it about ordinary sex that turns people on!
You know how it feels as you break the taboo which says you never get undressed with someone of the opposite sex ... well I guess breaking the taboo which says you never wet yourself or expose yourself to someone else's pee (say by getting your girlfriend to wet herself sitting on your knee) feels rather similar. The feeling can be very intense, so why not satisfy your guy and think of something that he can do for you in return.
