Well, I grew up in the big city there--SinSin natti, not long after the time of Batty Hatty and the Twilight Zone on WXIX TV. The gay bar in the neighborhood where I grew up is gone, once prosecutor, now Judge Simon Leis (prosecuted WAIF for a gay show "Gaydreams" on lubricants and wanted his deputies in jackboots) ought to be awful close to retirement. Not sure how to connect to the alternative scene there, but can't believe it can't be found -- my current city is 1/4th the size, and I know where to find it here if I'm interested.
Might want to feed BDSM and Cincinnati to google, and see if you can find out where they hang out, as that kind of a place is likely to have a Diaper/Wetting group easily accessible if you go in person.
