I like to wet my panties when I am wearing them. I am a male- not gay or transsexual as I am happily married but I do like to dress as a woman, at times, and wet my panties-preferably pink or white silky briefs. Also, I am curious as to whether panties are usually wor over or under a gqarter belt or open girdle. I would think that it is more convenient to wear it over but I just don't know. Could one of you women tell me? Does it effect where the piss goes? If so, hows?
