Welcome. Fun story. Though I've never had much problem awake, growing up I wet the bed very long and I gathered this was a genetic issue like yours. My brother and at least one female cousin also wet the bed especially late. Wouldn't surprise me if more had issues that I just didn't hear about. Only knew about the cousin because she slept over once and it was noted that she should sleep with me in my bed since we both had wetting problems. Sure enough, we both woke up soaked.
Like you, I figure I was alone in enjoying it though I didn't really understand how much until I stopped around puberty when the now extremely sporadic wetting got me very excited. I was diapered on occasion, but that, too, I didn't have a chance to enjoy in the moment like you did. Had to revisit them in adulthood and was quite enamored. I'm quite jealous that you're able to partake regularly! Hope you'll share more.
