I know of one girl at my school who is incontinent I became friends with her and ultimately asked about it and she admitted it but I knew before then the signs I saw were.
Frequent nurse visits.
Regular bathroom visits (like scheduled almost)
not in gym. (in my state its required to be in gym)
I also noticed that she wore medium sized skirts every single day because the bulge is hidden although it is small.
