I've never had a problem in the cold with a diaper on. Usually, the Bobcat cab got warm enough to not have that an issue. But I did wear skiing once. Like everybody says, it's a big convenience thing, and if everybody you're with knows, it's not a big deal. It saved me the trip to the Ladies' Room a couple times, but my diaper did eventually get too big to let me ski comfortably. At a certain point, it's like your midsection is immobilized.
