Walgreens has these prepaid debit cards you can use to purchase stuff online. You load it with cash initially at the walgreens plus the purchase price of $4.95 and then you can reload it later. Totally anonymous unless your parents are crazy enough to pay money to run a credit check on you, and even then they won't be able to find out what you bought, just that you have this other card. "Oh I just got it so that I could bring a card to the city to use and not have to worry about losing my ATM card, you know?"
