I think you hit the nail squarely on the head as far as your more of / less of lists are concerned. I'm not too into the punishment aspects personally, but hey, anything consensual is fine by me. :)
Hard to add more really, but to elaborate:
More of -
1. Women posting stories + msgs on here in a positive light
2. Medical diaper fetish inc PVC stuff
3. Sex in diapers
4. Some good old fashioned bulky cloth diapers and plastic pants (like the bytemine stuff)
Less of -
1. False looking photo sets
2. Bad acting (being too picky here? Again I mean women obviously not "into" it. I'm not picking on women at all, but as I'm straight, I'm into women and men enjoying this together)
3. You said this too, but def less negative press on chat shows / news stories about our scene
On a further note, as I speak to people at munches, I'm trying to put forward a positive perspective on us, that is, including this as not the be-all and end-all but as an inclusion in a healthy relationship, of which it would be a part :)
