Rejoice that someone has seen your request and decided to take pity om you! :)
"Soul Food" is a Showtime series that deals with an extended African-American family in an urban setting. The show basically revolves around three sisters, the youngest one played by Malinda Williams, whose character on the show is named "Bird".
Season one ended with a car accident. Due to her injuries, the character of Bird was left incontinent. We don't learn of this until the beginning of Season 2. At the end of the first show of season 2 (episode #21), Bird has an "accident" and retreats in shame to the bathroom. She laments how she has lost control and fears she will have to wear diapers. The episode ends.
Season 2, episode 22: "Welcome Home". The show opens as Bird is getting dressed. She is shown wearing a disposable diaper and a bra. She is obviously concerned about the bulk, looking in the mirror. She decides on pantyhose to help conceal the bulge of the diaper. She finishes getting dressed, puts an extra diaper in her bag, and leaves.
Later, she and her sisters are sitting around a table. One of her sisters asked about her "control" problem. Bird answers that she is still wearing the "dotties", the generic name for the disposable diapers that are shown.
Later still, Bird learns that her problem is not permanent, and that she is healing. However, she confronts her husband because she is concerned that her condition has caused him to find her unattractive.
Aside from the opening shot, the character is not seen in diapers again. Nor is the she seen in diapers in the following episodes. It was a one time good deal story arc.
What's interesting is that the "Bird" character in the show is portrayed as the baby of family. She is the least mature of the three sisters and has had a wild past. Despite being married, she is still prone to be a bit of a party girl, and her impulsive decisions occasionally get her into trouble.
There is a nice bit of symbolic linkage between the characters immaturity and the fact that she has had to wear diapers.

There is a video clip in various formats that has been posted of the scene. Ask around for directions, because I'm not sure where its at.
One favor-- the next time you see a post from someone asking for information that you have, remember that someone once took the time to help you out and point you in the right direction. Don't ignore the post. There's too much of that going on these days.
