Have you ever wet your diaper while you where laying down? For me, the release of control is a wonderful feeling, one that is difficult to describe unless you try it yourself.
First of all, you need a very absorbent diaper, like an Abri-Form. I wear plastic pants over mine, and when I pee, I try to be lying nearly on my stomach. If you're a male (I assume you are, by your user name), you need to keep your hose angled downward into the thickest part of the padding. Believe me, once you're able to achieve release while you're laying down, it's a great feeling!
