I disagree, if you are sexualizing them, which you are by putting them in diaper pasties if diapers on them turns you, then you are using their image, for personal sexual gratification. It's not 'nudity' that makes 'pornography' it's sexualization - what makes something sexual varies depending on the persons. Using the image of a child as part of your personal sexual gratification, is in my opinion, and that of the law, not cool.
