I agree with Chris. Pretend that you accidentally open up a nappy fetish website and see what her reaction is. Say things like, "What do you think of that?" or "Do you think they are wierd?" You'll be surprised to find that there are a lot of people that are open minded about things like that. Chances are, that if she's not repulsed by homosexuals, people with piercings and tatoos, than she will not have a problem with people that like to wear diapers.
