Aussie here too.
The way to tell you Girl is as other people have said you need to be able to bring up the subject the reason for this is to find out what her reaction to it is. She will either go how discusting or how kinky once you get her reaction then you can decide how or if you can tell her.
It will be very hard at first to tell her straight out you like nappies but once you do it you will be on top of the world.
Lots of my female and male friends know and have no problem with it.
