I have been fortunate enough to diaper my wife many times, mostly using disposables. She always complains about "heat" even though I am sure she's not much hotter than I am in mine. I always get the feeling it's to let me know that she's not into it as much as I am and "this" is a good reason why. I think you're lucky to have her beginning to play. Don't overdo it, and let her take the lead for awhile and let you know how much is enough. For me, nightly diapering would be just about right, but then I'd also love to be a millionaire. Not likely to ever achieve either. My wife also complains about the talc in baby powder "doing something bad" to her vagina, so I rarely ever get the same baby smells from her that I get from myself. As to how to properly do it to her with a disposable, it's not much different than it would be on a male. Wider hips, yes, but it's basically just get her butt up in the air - get the diaper evenly situated beneath her - get the lowest tapes first - work your way up snugging along the way. The tapes should form to her hips without too much trouble. If not, then have her stand against a wall with the diaper behind her back and pull it up between her legs and do the tapes the same way. Cloth might be a whole nother animal since the pinning process is so weird to begin with (as in, horizontal vs vertical). My wife gave me a hard time about this when she does me in cloth because it bugged her that I knew more about how to effectively keep a diaper on an adult using vertical pinning - something she considered herself to be an expert at consdering she's had 3 kids. Anyway, consider yourself lucky you're even getting the chance to share this with a lady love, since it can be so intimidating to them that we love diapers so much. It takes a well balanced lady to accept that they are just part of the clothing of love, not much different than those that love their women to dress in frilly panties, etc. Have fun and ask her what feels good. Then, try to comply and let the fun keep building.
