I've occasionally gone out in public diapered, although I felt a little ridiculous. For me personally, when doing diapers in the privacy of my own home I can get in the mood and be a cheeky two year old for an hour or so. Out in public I just feel like a grown man in a diaper (kinda tragic).
In my opinion, guys just look weird in diapers. The whole 'baby look' is way more sexy in women. Check out some of the pics below and you'll see what I mean.

Now if you were to take those girls and replace them with guys, it wouldn't be nearly as hot. I'd say the only males above the age of three who can actually do 'baby chic' without looking totally grotesque are undersized eleven year olds who still wet the bed and pack dipeys under their jammies every night - the sort of cute kids who all the girls want to babysit.
Incidentally, did anyone at that party discover your Drynites (just curious).
