Hi PK. No they never mentioned anything about fetisnism at all. At that time in my life i also liket hoilding my poo in as long as i could i would some times poo myself and hide my underwear.Anyway when i first started therapy the DR made me a good behavior chart were if i din't have a poopy accident i would get a star for my chart if i got 7 stars i would get a mars bar (chocolate bar) at the end of the week.
The incontinent boy had a special needs teacher what would sit next to him and change him when needed.
