Not that great I'm afraid.
I'm not really a Potter fan like the guy below so I don't have any reservations about you 'sexualizing a sacred cow', so to speak. But I did enjoy Hermione in disposables, however lines like:
"Her stomach muscles finally gave up and she let out a really wet fart"
I'm sorry but girls breaking wind just leaves me cold. It really doesn't do it for me. That said it may be a turn on for others though.
Keep writing anyway, your story is still better than some I've read on here, such as that weirdo who went under several aliases and kept sending in mini-masterpieces with titles like "How to change an adult baby girl" and "Emily's outdoor pee". Anyone remember him?
