"Moderation in all things" may sound trite but
it applies.
I think you've got a few options.
1) Let him diaper himself and dont participate
-- keep it in moderation not all the time
2) Diaper him and participate -- again not every weekend but moderately
3) Reject it...which as fetishes are very much
tied to the psyche likely means finding a
new husband.
