I used to have them all the time when I wet the bed as a kid(up until 12 years old). My experiences back then ranged from just starting to pee to sleeping through the night and waking in a wet bed the next morning. Recently I've had a couple of pee dreams, and awakened with a damp spot on my pants twice but so far no full blown bed wetting when dreaming. I have awoke in a wet diaper a few times recently, without any memory of dreaming or peeing, but I am fairly sure I was at least partly awake when I wet, because it it wet mostly in the back, and while I usually lay on my back to wet during the night, I can't sleep in that position.
