Some parts of the board are interesting, I think it somewhat suprising theat some here grew up wearing diapers for bedwetting as well and until you mentioned your stepsister, I thought I was one of few girls who grew up bedwetting. Perhaps more moms talked about their boys than they did of their girls. Boys seem to do it more often than girls I guess.
Bedwetting can be hereditary and run in families. I've heard and read that over the years. My sister and my cousin both have them. A lot of parents did it and had a problem owning up to the fact, sometimes it may skip a generation and then show up further down the line. I read not to long ago that science may have discovered the gene responsible for it. Who knows some day there may be a cure, in the meantime there are bedwetter pants.
My sister settled on a pulup style pants that do work well, looks like diapers and plastic pants when being worn because they are bulky, but they work like 99.9% of the time.
Did you feel like an outcast because you had to wear diapers in bed?
