either way is fine with me i dont wear diapers so i usually will drink a lot befor bed and when i cant hold it no more ill let it go usually ill just jo then turn over and go back to sleep but if its a cold night i might change into dry clothes and put a dry sleeping bag between me and the wet mattress but wet is my preference!!
