I wear a thick cloth diaper and plastic pants most nights, so my bed doesn't usually get wet. But, sometimes, I like re-living my childhood bedwetting years, when I wasnever diapered at night and I sleep unprotected. On those nights, I go to sleep wearing either cloth training pants or regular underpants under flannel Pj bottoms. On those nights, I make sure to go potty before bed. I know that I will awaken at least once during the night anyhow yo pee. I just lay on my back and let it flow. Wgen my bladder is empty I go back to sleep. In the morning, when I awaken, I just lat there and pee in the bed again before I get up. I remain in my wet night clothes until I strip the bed and put the sheets in the washer. Then I change into dry undies and outer wear before adding the wet things and starting the washer. I live alone, and I'm retired, so sometimes I don't shower before changing so I can smell like pee all day.
