Having your mouth washed out with soap is very yucky.
Is there something special she really wants? You can put the amount of the item in a jar (in form of 25 cents) when she says naughty words you take one out, when she does good things or maybe catches the naughty word before it slips past her lips she can put 25 cents in. That way she kinda decides how long it will take to get the new toy.
Also maybe you can give her a word to use when she feeling naughty (but a nice word) I use fudge or dang.
