If I was in a ltr I would be up for it once in a great while to please my partner, as long as we could keep roles up while doing so. However if it comes up early in the relationship I tend to think that a person is more interested in diapers than in me, or that their real desire is to be babied, which would not work for me at all. Being open minded is great, but it's not selfish to have preferences or even limits on how you conduct your sex life.
