I would suggest simply participating in the community, like this. Get yourself out there, post things, and you're sure to be contacted. Probably too much; the Internet allows for a lot of bad behavior. But stick with it, filter out the bad ones, and you're sure to meet some nice folks! You can post personal ads in any number of places, including this site.
One good site for BDSM and fetish things is fetlife.com. If you haven't checked it out, you may want to do so. The forums seem to be some of the more civil and active ones in the fetish community (from my experience).
