My vote would be ... don't.
Although freezing, vaccuming, and baggies would probably restrict, retard or perhaps even stop the growth of germs, it is not a total guarantee of sterility, and it destroys the freshness of the poop (begin frozen and all).
Poop would most properly be be best if stored in the open, at room temperature, and little done with it. I did this a number of years ago, before I understood the dangers, and accumulated a ball of firm poop (over time) that was not quite the size of a soccer ball but a bit larger than a large canteloupe. I kept it in a cabinet in the bathroom, just shaped as a ball. It was fun to sit on, after carefully placing it in my panties, and I did that several times - at least until my Mom came to visit (no, I wont go there).
Have her make the vids, which, if you like, may include the previous poop already in them (double load). Beyond that, don't attempt to keep it. There is always a fresh supply.
Yeah, I know, but it is the best choice, and you know it. For the time she is gone, just poop your own, and make your own vids, and when you play them back, you will have both of you to watch.
I can only imagine what she is gonna do while she is gone. Perhaps she can fill her panties on cam, and let you watch on IM (YM, MSN), or maybe she will put herself into a place where there is no way a cam can be there (away from where she's living), fill her panties, and return home to tell you of it as she sits on it (there are also emails). Of course, all this suggests that she will like it and grow into it as much as you have, which, I am sure, all of us hope.
Bottom line, do NOT worry about storing the poop - store the vids, and dump the poop. Remember, that the best part of all this is the never-ending supply that each of us has.
