One would have to be loitering - watching a lot of people in the parking lot - to see what you had done. Now, being a security guard in that lot might have been nice too, because it is the job of security to see everything that goes on. :-)
It does sound like an awesome day to make a softball size bulge in your panties! Be careful though - with time, you might get even bolder than this.
