It could be that one of them has already sent Wetset a C&D order. It could be that they just missed it. It could be that Netporn is already in trouble between several other sites, and that Paul is reluctant to join in the fray. It could be that Skymouse has a certain amount of samples that they distribute that don't really look like samples. It could be a hundred different things and you're not going to see any of them unless you discard this blinded notion that either all laws must be enforced 100% or none of them should.
Do any of us pay to be here? Do you own controlling stock? Then how about instead of asking for equality, like you've got some right to it here or something, you just sit back and enjoy your free board? They won't gain anything by acquiescing to this nonsense you're proposing and unless I miss my guess they have everything to lose. Stop asking for them to operate on your sophmoric "principles of fairness" and accept that THEIR principles are coming from the vantage of the ones in the know.
