That's a very interesting idea. I've thought about that before but couldn't really get the story right. It could be late in the school day and the girl really has to go and doesn't want to go in her panties. She has to choose between using the toilet and getting punished or going in her panties and not getting punished. Oh the dilemna. Maybe it could be were you'd get a mild punishment if you sign in and use the toilet, but you'd get a more severe punishment if you risked sneaking into the girls' room and then got caught. The punishment could be worse depending upon whether you had to have a bowel movement or if you just had to pee. Perhaps each girl would get an allottment of toilet passes -- maybe 5 a month -- that she could use without getting punished. She would have to decide when to use to use the free passes and when to use the toilet under punishment or just to go in her panties without punishment. Very intriguing idea.
