As for the fears, you'll just have to face them. It is definitely possible that you will be let down or grossed out, but you could also really enjoy it. If you don't like it, you never have to do it again and you can let your husband keep his secret. The "doing it alone" part can be tricky too. But you're his wife - he loves you and he finds you sexy. He has a fetish for pooping, so I'm sure he will really love it if you do it for him. As for your other questions... I can't help much when talking about cleanup (hopefully someone else can give advice). I usually don't do it myself because I prefer to watch women do it. The mirror was definitely so he could watch himself. The feel is a large part of it, but so is seeing the bulge.
The pooping while having an orgasm is probably more of a preference. I wait until after pooping, but it probably varies. There isn't a wrong way for you to do it.
As for peeing, I would just empty my bladder beforehand. You still might dribble a bit, but you should be ok. Also, if you have to poop badly, you won't have to push much and you wouldn't force pee out.
