As a guy who's in a relationship with a married woman with her husband's knowledge and approval, I've come to the conclusion that what destroys a marriage is not so much infidelity as deceit.
Suggestions:
If you fancy her I suggest that you mention the above to the woman concerned and suggest that if she fancies you that she mention this to her husband and if he approves you could be on to a good thing. If he disapproves, she's shown her hand and been honest with him so he should have no cause to worry although in this case he'd probably ask you to move out just to be on the safe side!
If you don't fancy her I would be direct with her. Tell her that you find her attractive but you're not in the market for an affair. Before you tell her, write yourself a registered letter detailing the whole situation so that if she responds to your rejection of her attentions by telling her husband that you've been making advances, you have dated proof that you wrote about the situation before she made up her accusations. Also try to get photos of your underwear after she's worn it but before washing it or, even better, a photo or two of her wearing it.
If neither of these suggestions appeals, I agree with the others who've responded with the advice "move out".
