Your lady friend and you now do indeed have an open secret. She does not seem discusseded with you. So far she has not asked you to leave.
On the other hand, your pooping secret seems to be out to not only your lady friend but to all of her friends as well. So they know that she has a man living in her house with a bowel problem or likes to poop in his under pants. For them please imply that you just had an accident while walking the dog.
Now, what happened to your under pants? You might ask your lady friend and that will bring an interesting reply.
