Alright! A great step in the right direction.
Im not so sure of the legality of panty inspections, though. Particularly by a man!
But it does seem that there is one aspect missing: A woman in charge of the committee - or even participating!
All these reports from the committee, and no mention of the members. It seems the one submitting the report makes all the decisions, issues all the punishment. A committee of one?? And only men? Where are the women decision makers?
