Multiple sadness, friend.
I've been caught by my parents a number of times.
Once it happened when I took a dump in the bathtub and clogged the drain, which my old man had to unclog, and once a log fell, unnoticed by me onto the carpet as I made my way to the bathroom to clean up. The thing is, May, whatever you choose to do, and however you and you'r parents work this out amongst you, you need to remember that your value as a person(not to mention a pantspooper!)lies not in how some therapist, your parents or even your friends here see you, but in how you see yourself. If pants pooping feels good and right to you, as it does to me and the others here, go with it, and feel blessed. You are among friends here!

P.S: Maybe you should poop your pants at the therapist's office! That should give the asshole something to talk about at the christmas party!
